Meatballs
A simple but delicious meatball recipe that can also be used to make meatloaf.
Total prep and cooking time: 1 hour
Instructions
Soak the
breadcrumbs
in the
cream
for 5 minutes.
Add the ground
beef
,
green onion
,
soy sauce
,
salt
,
paprika
, and
pepper
to the soaked breadcrumbs.
Shape into 1 inch balls and place on a very lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 20 to 30 minutes, turning once.
Alternatively, place all the meat mixture in a lightly greased loaf pan to make a great meatloaf.

1/2 cup cream
1 cup breadcrumbs, soft or panko
1/2 cup green onion
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
